The charge will be $99.00 per incident, with no time limit. If you require support for an out-of-warranty product, a Technical Support Ticket must be purchased either over the phone (see phone number below) or online (see green button below).

All GTCO CalComp ScanPlus 4 Series Scanners purchased after October 2004 are covered under a 2-year warranty. Warranty can be verified with supplied serial number. Scanners purchased before October 2004 have a 1-year warranty. |
Most GTCO CalComp ScanPlus Series Scanners purchased from October 2004 to present are covered under a 2-year warranty. |
All scanners under contract with GTCO CalComp are covered under warranty. |
